Update 2017 Sustainability Report

The Paper Sustainability Report has been published every three years since 2005, together with an annual addendum containing a yearly update on the most relevant data. A pioneer
within its kind, the first edition marked a milestone in CSR in Spain as the first sector-wide sustainability report ever to be produced. More than fifteen years later, the number of sectors that display such an exercise in transparency and commitment is still very small. This update summarises and comments on the most relevant data in 2016 regarding sustainable forest management, efficient and responsible production processing, leadership in collection and recycling, and generation of wealth and contribution to the quality of life, the paper industry's 4 main lines of action (MLA) in Sustainability. This addendum updates and completes the set of data collected for the last Report published in 2015 using both GRI and our own indicators, which provide information on different topics structured around those four MLAs.
