Bulletin that contains news about the recovery and recycling of paper and paperboard. In this issue: It is reported the last two municipalities that have received the Certificate Your Paper 21: San Fernando and Valladolid, and the policy makers inform on the keys for their collection systems. In the international section, by an interview to the Director General of the Italian Association of Pulp, Paper and Board Manufacturers, the commitment of Italian municipalities with paper recycling made in Europe is announced. And in section "Recycling Thermometer", the results of the recovery and recycling of paper in European countries in 2012 are offered.
